What conditions apply for obtaining a partner discount?
To obtain a partner discount, you must register as a business customer (VAT ID). After verification of your registration, you will be assigned a partner price list.
What are the partner price tiers?
There are three: Silver, Gold and Diamond. Every approved partner starts on Silver, which covers the full range. Partners buying regularly move to Gold, and Diamond is our deepest pricing, agreed individually. Your account manager reviews your volume, so there is nothing to apply for.
How long does partner approval take?
Registration approval typically takes up to 24 hours on business days.
How does ordering work in the partner portal?
After logging in, you can see your individual prices. You add products to your cart and place an order as usual.
Can I combine partner discount with promotions?
Your partner price is usually already lower than the public promotional price, so there is nothing to stack. Where a promotion happens to be lower, you get the lower of the two.
What are the payment terms for partners?
Card or bank transfer from day one. Invoice payment with terms up to 30 days is available once a quick credit check clears, which we run when your account is approved.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order value - order what your project needs.
What support do I get after I join?
Technical support by phone for installation questions, training and certification for your team, and product materials, brochures and joint campaigns you can use with your own customers.
