ONSA Plus participated in this year’s Smart Energy Forum in Prague, one of Central Europe’s premier events dedicated to solar energy, energy storage, and smart technologies. The forum was held at PVA EXPO Praha, bringing together manufacturers, distributors, installers, and technology experts from across the region.
The exhibition and accompanying conference provided a comprehensive overview of current developments in photovoltaics, battery systems, and intelligent energy management. This year’s focus reflected a clear market shift toward integrated solutions that combine generation, storage, and smart control — an approach increasingly seen as key to achieving energy self-sufficiency.
Several themes stood out across the two-day event:
-
Policy and business models continue to play a central role, with discussions highlighting new subsidy frameworks and the growing importance of power purchase agreements (PPAs) in expanding renewable generation.
-
The emergence of agrivoltaics, floating PV, and hydrogen-based applications points to new opportunities beyond conventional installations.
-
Quality and system reliability were key points of emphasis, especially in workshops focused on retrofitting and long-term maintenance of existing PV plants.
-
The event reinforced the importance of regional collaboration within Central Europe, where the solar and storage markets are maturing rapidly.
For ONSA Plus, the forum was an opportunity to connect with partners, explore new technological directions, and stay aligned with trends shaping the European renewable energy sector.
We thank everyone who visited our booth, and we look forward to our collaboration.
