    The VE.Bus Smart Key has two primary functions:

    • It acts as a Bluetooth accessory for the full range of Victron inverters/chargers including Multis, MultiPlusses, MultiPlus-II, MultiGrid, MultiGrid-II, Quattros and Phoenix inverters with a VE.Bus port. Using the VictronConnect app, you can monitor the operation of your system and perform operations such as changing the input current limit and switching between Off, On and Charger Only modes.
    • It also acts as a voltage and temperature sensing device for the inverter/charger, compatible with all models.

    It also provides instant data reading for VE.Bus products, displaying key data directly on the VictronConnect device list page without the need for a direct connection to the product. This includes visual alerts for warnings, alarms, and errors, facilitating quick diagnostics.
