Key Features
Display and Wi-Fi
The display shows the parameters of the battery, inverter and solar charge controller.
The same parameters can be accessed using a smartphone or other Wi-Fi enabled device.
In addition, Wi-Fi can be used to configure the system and change settings.
Solar charge controller
The DC output of the SmartSolar MPPT is connected in parallel with the DC connection of the MultiPlus-II inverter/charger.
The on/off mechanism of the MultiPlus-II is also controlled by the SmartSolar MPPT.
GX Device
The integrated GX device includes:
- BMS-Can interface. This can be used to connect to a compatible CAN bus controlled battery. Please note that this is not a VE.Can compatible port.
- USB port
- Ethernet port
- VE.Direct port
The GX controls the MultiPlus-II and SmartSolar MPPT using VE.Bus and VE.Direct.
